Boxer Ryan Garcia finds himself entangled in several legal battles, calling out those suing him as “low lifes”, as he faces potentially losing $100million in lawsuits.

The string of lawsuits began with Logan Paul filing a defamation suit against Garcia for alleging that Paul’s Prime product caused a failed PED test.

But the 25-year-old landed himself in more hot water with Devin Haney, who he faced back in April for the super lightweight title, after producing a positive drugs test.

Haney plans to sue Garcia for damages related to their fight, claiming Garcia’s alleged PED use has negatively affected his career as Garcia was initially crowned the winner of the fight.

Additionally, Caleb Plant’s wife, Jordan Plant, is suing Garcia for derogatory comments he made about her on social media.

And Garcia, frustrated after paying substantial fines in his career, has vowed to ignore these lawsuits and counter-sue Caleb Plant for assault during a recent altercation.

Despite the turmoil, Garcia hinted at a potential out-of-court settlement with Haney, who has seen his career impacted post-fight. Garcia’s legal woes highlight his current struggles both inside and outside the ring.

“100 million dollars later […] More money more problems I just have to ignore these low life’s,” Garcia wrote. In a later tweet, he added, “When did everyone bc p***y and start suing, oh wait, they want money.”

Garcia has already been ordered to pay a $1.2m fine for the contract purse and an additional $10,000 to the New York State Athletics Commission (NYSAC).

After the Californian native was handed a suspension from the NYSAC in June, Haney revealed his plans to pursue further legal action against his opponent.

He claimed that because Garcia allegedly took performance-enhancing drugs and defeated him, the American isn’t receiving high-profile offers – even though the loss was expunged from his record and turned into a no-contest.
