Set Free After Spending 3 Days In “Hell”, Ryan Garcia Goes Back to Social Media Antics Seconds After Promising to Be a Better Example

Even for a boxer of solid mental fortitude, Ryan Garcia finds himself in tatters. After collecting the biggest win of his career against Devin Haney, everything that could go wrong has gone downhill for him. Adding to his already tall pile of miseries, the American boxer’s recent arrest for a felony and a trip behind bars have worsened the situation. And yet, legal battles form only a small fragment of it. However, instead of sulking, he has decided to make drastic changes.

Garcia, 25, found himself in trouble with authorities as he was put in handcuffs on charges of felony vandalism. The Waldorf Astoria hotel had accused him of causing an estimated $15,000 in damage. Soon afterward, he was rushed to a local hospital for medical care. It seems his run with the police has ended for now, as ‘KingRy’ declared on his X handle, “I’m FREEEE… God bless you all RG BACK.” He also declared his intent to release an official statement.

Following this, the 25-1 record holder called his recent run-in with the authorities and medical care “3 days in hell”. Calling it “no joke,” he also admitted that he “got hit with medicine.” But still, Garcia kept his mind “in tact.” Realizing his stature and his fame, he vowed to set an example. He wrote in a separate post, “I’m going to be a better example and take care of my self much better… But I will become a better example praise the Lord Jesus..”

In another post, expressing his gratitude, the Victorville native thanked everyone for their prayers and was keeping his headstrong for the upcoming battles. Besides, he mentioned that he learned a lot of lessons from this whole saga. What’s more, one of Garcia’s posts also reflected his recent growing affinity with Andrew Tate. Labeling the incident as “Matrix attack number 1,” he again reiterated his desire to “stay strong.”

These posts by the lightweight boxer must have eased his fans, especially after his statement that Sarah Fink published. In that official statement, Garcia disclosed his battles with “incredible stress,” pressure, and the struggles of his mother with cancer. All these have harmed him, which even his rival Sean O’Malley has accepted.

Sean O’Malley raises alarm about Ryan Garcia’s deteriorating mental health

The UFC champion, during his TimboSugarShow podcast, suggested that Garcia probably was a peculiar case of blacking out. O’Malley then addressed Garcia’s mother’s health and added, “Did you see him talking about his mom having cancer? And then if she dies, he’s going to k*ll himself type sh*t? Did you see that? That’s f**king scary… He’s not doing good.”

While the boxing community has genuine concerns about Garcia’s mental health, the boxer himself has decided to mend things on his own. In addition, he awaits a verdict on his ostarine abuse, as he faces a lengthy ban and a hefty fine. It remains to be seen whether things finally work out in his favor.
